Born in Hong Kong, her practice delves into existing status quos imposed onto our current society, from class to femininity, and how those existing conditions manifest themselves through the nuances of the digital world.
Investigating elements surrounding intimacy, politics, and power dynamics through publications and moving image, she interlaces humour into her work as a way to unpack themes that may be hard to digest, as she ultimately believe comedy makes people listen. Multi-layered and melanged with melancholy and absurdity, conversation and reflection is what she aims to achieve from her works, to start a dialogue with a friend or the person next to you, or family from my explorations on loneliness, romance, adulthood and more.
